SELECTION OF ARTS AND/OR OF TOURIST PROMOTERS
The applicants cultural realities operating on the national territory will be represented via all the promotional channels that will be activated from time to time. The participation to the network is open to the following categories:

Associations and/or Events for promotion and cultural and tourism development
Booking and Artist Management Agencies
Italian World Beat will grant exposure to its partners within the major international music fairs, through ad hoc reception areas, by taking care of the stand set-up, while guaranteeing an hospitality & information service – thanks to mother tongue hostesses – and will allow the distribution of promotional material specially produced for this purpose.
Within the stands area, ad hoc multimedia corners will be set up, adequately equipped to view and listen all audiovisual material about the represented artistic productions and about the arts and commercial promoters.
Tastings of national typical products will be organised in the stand areas, with a view to boost the flow of potentially interested operators and stimulate them to stay longer, thus easing exchange, knowledge and sharing moments, useful above all to build profitable relationships of professional cooperation.
A virtual exhibition stand will always be available on-line on the website www.italianworldbeat.com. Each artistic production and/or arts and commercial promoter will be represented via a personalized web page navigable and editable directly by the user, containing all information, contacts and multimedia materials useful for an instant, constant and always up-to-date promotional campaign. Each visitor will be able to access and draw information, technical sheets, promotional multimedia files and build contacts independently.
